A beachfront project at Holbox town. Created to use as little space as possible from the original plot to respect and enjoy the beach, while still accommodating all features from a regular-sized house. Its design includes an organic exterior shape created from orthogonal interior walls and exterior sloping walls allowing an empty space in between, offering storage areas, pots for vegetation, space for its hydraulic, sanitary and electric installations; but its "double" walls are mainly purposed to create a protective barrier preventing heat from entering the house.

In only one level and 94 m², this house accommodates a study, living room, dining room, kitchen with pantry, terrace, bedroom, bathroom with shower and tub, his and hers closet in a dressing room, and a laundry; while outdoors it includes a pool with sun deck in only 20 m².
