The design for this house started from the wish to preserve a big beautiful old tree in the front of the plot to be part of the house as well as some other trees.

The house entrance has a two-storey hall with a large window allowing its tenants to enjoy plenty of spectacular branches and leaves from that huge old beautiful tree.

This house accommodates in its first floor only: a double-sized kitchen, a continuous living and dining room, a big covered terrace, an office with a half bathroom, a storage room, a maid room, and a laundry.

Meanwhile, the second floor includes a TV room, three secondary large bedrooms, and a master bedroom with its own terrace, each one of them with its own 3-piece bathroom, and dressing room.

The third floor holds a playroom, a kitchenette, a gym, and two roof garden terraces.

Outdoors, on the first floor garden is the swimming pool with its own private bathroom.

All included within 684 square meters of construction.
