AIFOS

BUILDING

AIFOS is a building located nearby Playa del Carmen in the city of Mayakoba. This multipurpose building has a commercial premises front, but in the back, it has a warehouse and offices.

The design of this building was challenging because the base project was done by a civil engineer so it lacked the style and aesthetics needed to be a statement piece in that neighborhood.

We end up making several changes to improve its function and its facades to save the budget as much as possible.
