HOUSE
This house has a very minimalist modern exterior facade with only white, grey, and black finishes. The integral design (architecture, interior, and furniture) was inspired by a desire for commodity and modest luxury. All of the public rooms have a view of the garden and pool through wide windows.
Its interior includes a family space, separated from the public area making this house extremely different from many others. Therefore, its first level has two living rooms, two dining rooms and two stairs, a big kitchen, a double-height lobby, service room, laundry, a half bathroom, and a room for visitors with a full bathroom and closet.
Its upper-level has a vestibule, two secondary rooms with a full bathroom and walk-in closet, a large play and TV room, second laundry, and a luxuriously large master bedroom with an extensive walk-in closet, a large his and hers bathroom with double shower and double sink.
Four cars can be parked in the front of the house, while in its back it has a very large exterior terrace able to accommodate an outside living-dining room and a pool with its own bathroom.
