KU means Nest in the ancient Maya language.

This Building has 12 apartments and a very special concept: every apartment includes 2 rooms but also a "separated" studio bachelor that can be rented as a hotel room giving the buyers the means to self-pay the apartment, a unique feature that no other developer has included in their apartments in that specific zone.

Every apartment includes an open space for kitchen, dining and living room with a big terrace, a laundry, a shared bathroom, a secondary room and a master bedroom. The Bachelor studio has a small living room a kitchenette, a full bathroom and a terrace.
