Pelícanos House is a project who took us 5 years of effort. Located in Cancún México near the airport, this luxury house has a design concept of traying to take away the typical house look.

The interior includes long spaces for extra rooms like a breakfast room apart from the dining space, a private stair for the master bedroom apart from the formal stairs, public and private playrooms, a TV room and a separated cinema room, etc.

In the back, there is an infinite pool and a special zone for a barbeque with the option to hang a screen to project movies, football and more.
