Vita Residenze is a Housing project created for a big Mexican construction company. The project consists of 42 Apartments and 31 single-family houses (3 different models), surrounded by extensive gardens, a swimming pool, and security.

The urban and house project was well received by the construction company and this project became the first of many other housing projects for the group of architects which varied on size, economic level and complexity.
